About Me
My name is Jessica Geiger and this is my ninth year teaching Physical Education at Bloomfield Elementary School. I am originally from Orchard Park NY and I still love Buffalo. I graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2006 with a degree in K-12 Physical Education and a concentration in Adapted Physical Education. I also earned my Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from Brockport in 2010. I coach the modified cross country and modified track and field team at the middle school. Go Bombers!
I try to stay active outside of school as well. My favorite hobby currently is mountain biking. I often ride single track at Dryer Road Park in Victor as well as Bay Park West and Tryon Park in Rochester. This summer I plan on entering various MTB races around the Rochester area. I also road cycle mostly in Monroe County and along the canal path.
During the winter months I snowboard at Bristol Mountain. You can find me in the Shooting Star Terrain Park on the boxes or rails and on various terrain around Bristol Mountain.
I live with my husband and 2 young sons. We enjoy camping and all four beautiful seasons in Western NY.
I am a huge Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills fan! LET'S GO BUFFALO!
