4th & 5th Grade Girls
When students enter 4th grade, the girls and boys are divided into their own classes. I teach all of the girls and Coach Arthur teaches all of the boys. We will also come together as a large class for various units throughout the year.
We no longer have students change. This is due to the face that we have to meet the NYS Physical Education time standards of teaching students for 120 minutes per week.
Students are still expected to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
Students will participate in a variety of team and individual sports throughout the school year. Skill development and teamwork is the focus during these years. Students will continue to be assessed by paper and pencil to show what they know at the end of each unit.
