Transportation
585-657-6121 ext. 4020
A new form must be filled out for each student before the end of June every school year, even if there are no changes in your child's transportation schedule. Please submit the completed form to the Main Office that your child attends.
You can also use this form to request a permanent change in your child’s schedule, but we cannot accommodate daily changes. We cannot accept notes to the bus driver, monitor, teacher, or any other staff member, or communication via text messages, emails, or social media. Each change in the normal transportation routine increases the chances of confusion, boarding the wrong bus, or being dropped off at the wrong location. For the safety of the children, please follow these guidelines as your child’s safety is our top priority.
1) K-12 All Students.
2) Private/Parochial Schools
Students will be transported provided they reside 15 miles or less from the school they wish to attend. Requests must be submitted each April 1, preceding the school year. Requests should include the child's name, address, grade level, age, and school they wish to attend, and sent to Business Administrator, Bloomfield Central School District, 45 Maple Avenue, Suite A Bloomfield, NY 14469.
3) Daycare providers
If the location of the daycare is within the school district and is an established stop along a regular route, transportation will be provided.
