Building/Facilities Use Request Process
The District encourages the use of school facilities by citizens, civic groups, and other non-profit community organizations, providing such use does not interfere with the regular school program.
School functions have precedence over those of other agencies. All facilities usage must meet District policy. Building use fees may apply. Applications for use of any facilities is required. Requests for facilities should be made at least 30 days in advance of the event.
The steps to request a facility are as follows:
- Become a requester (First time only). Each organization needs to be approved by the district.
- Request a location/facility - Date / Time / Location / Extra Needs
- You will be notified by email if your request has been approved.
