Our high school chorus performed at the NYSSMA Majors Festival last week and earned a Silver Award for their performances of Deep River, Does the World Say?, and Il Est Bel Et Bon!
The ensemble received fantastic feedback, with praise for their tone, preparedness, and attention to detail. One of the judges was Christine Sargent, retired choral director from Rush-Henrietta High School—whose programs were regularly recognized on a national level. Her positive comments were a great accomplishment and testament to our students’ talent and dedication.
