Message from the Principal

Happy Friday Bloomfield Families,

What a fabulous Fall Festival and Halloween Parade we had today! A huge thank you to our local farmers from DuVall, Hardy, and White Farms for bringing delicious goods and community spirit to our very first BES Farmers Market! The farm to table connection was a meaningful addition to our fall celebrations.

We would also like to thank our staff, faculty, parent volunteers, and families who donated -  we could not have done it without you! From the Fall Festival activities to the Halloween Parade, your creativity, energy, and teamwork made these beloved Bloomfield traditions come together, despite the rain and cold!

The smiles, laughter, and school spirit filled our halls and learning spaces! Moments like these demonstrate what makes Bloomfield, Bloomfield — a community that comes together for our kids.

Have a great weekend!

Christmas Outreach Program

*Form is attached*

Dear Bloomfield Families,

Annually, area churches, businesses and individuals have offered help at holiday time to Bloomfield families with school-aged children who are struggling financially.

If you will find it difficult to purchase Christmas presents for your children, we want you to know there are people in this community who wish to help you. We ask that you trust us, because we are sincere in our desire to assist.

Please fully complete the attached page of this document. List all the children under the age of 18 (high school age or younger) in your family, living with you full-time. The family must reside in the Bloomfield Central School District. All information submitted will remain confidential.

Please return the completed form as soon as possible to the school office in a sealed envelope addressed with: 2025 CHRISTMAS OUTREACH PROGRAM or you may scan the completed form and send it to bloomxmashelp@gmail.com .

NOTE! We cannot provide assistance without a phone number and email address included on the form. In early November, you will be contacted via email to acknowledge that your application has been received and accepted.

The deadline to submit a form is FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7th, 2025. Because this project requires much coordination and effort, forms will not be accepted after this date. If you are aware of someone who could use help, please make sure they have submitted a form before the deadline.

Your wrapped gifts will be available for pick up at the main entrance of St. Bridget’s Hall on Saturday, December 20th, 2025 from 12:30-2:30 pm ONLY.

Thank you for considering our offer to help. If you have any questions about this year’s project, please send a message to bloomxmashelp@gmail.com . We will respond as soon as we can.

IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH FOOD FOR CHRISTMAS:
THE BLESSING ROOM, located at St. Bridget’s Hall, will be distributing food baskets on Monday, December 8th, 2025. If you need assistance with food for Christmas, stop by THE BLESSING ROOM (during their hours of 10 AM – 12 noon on Wednesday, 4 – 6 PM on Fridays or Saturdays from 10 AM – 12 noon) in person or call The Blessing Room at (585) 337-0797 to get your name on the list and to have any other questions answered.
