All Band Members - Band - Students supply their own lesson books, while the school loans folders and band music to each student. Woodwind players: cleaner for instrument, 3 good reeds at all times (reed instruments). Brass players: must have slide or valve lubricant at all times. Percussion players: must have a pair of quality, matching sticks at all times. Acceptable Reeds: Clarinet: Vandoren 2 1⁄2 - 3, Mitchell Lurie 3, Rico Royal 3; Alto Saxophone: Vandoren 2 1⁄2 - 3, Hemke 3, Rico Royal 3. Acceptable Snare Drum Sticks: Vic Firth 5B, Promark SD1 (wood tips only) Trombone Slide Lubricant: Trombotine (slide cream)  Valve oil: Hetman Classic Piston Lubricant 3

1 Set colored pencils

3 Dozen Sharpened #2 pencils (one pack to go to your 2^nd period teacher)

4 Glue sticks

2 Highlighters

1 Pair of scissors (Fiskars are excellent)

2 Family box of tissues to go to your 2^nd period teacher

Please label all notebooks and folders with child’s first and last name as well as subject. Notebooks can be placed inside the subject folder.

2 Erasable pens

 

Math - 1 red pocket folder

Art- 1 pkg. of #2 pencils with cap erasers, zipped bag for writing tools and a Sharpie Marker
