Convert A Document To PDF Convert A Document To PDF

Most of your laptops have the ability to convert a file to PDF:

*Create a document in Word, Publisher, etc.
*Save your document.
*While your document is still opened, select File => Print.
*In the Print dialog box, go to the drop down arrow for printer choice.
*Choose Broderbund PDF Creator.
*Place a check mark in the box next to Print to File (upper right side of Print dialog box).
*Click OK.
*Go to the drop down arrow at the Save in choice in the Print to file dialog box and choose
  where to save your PDF file.
*Go to the drop down arrow at bottom next to "Save as type" and choose "All Files".
*Name the file as a *.pdf where the * represents your choice of a name.

If your laptop or computer does not have the ability to convert a file to PDF:

*Download Free PDF ReDirect:
  http://www.exp-systems.com/pdfredirect/downloads.htm?1

*Once the software is downloaded on your computer:

    • Open or create the document you want to convert to a *.pdf.
    • Choose File => Print.
    • Choose PDF ReDirect v2 from the Printer drop down dialog box.
    • This prompts the PDF ReDirect v2 software to open.
    • On the upper left side, navigate to the place you want to save your *.pdf.
    • You should see your document in the merge list.
    • Be sure your document is named correctly in the PDF Output Filename box.
    • Click Save.
