  My name is Amy Repard and I am the Senior Computer Services Assistant at Bloomfield Elementary School. I enjoy troubleshooting and solving many technical problems in my building. I really enjoy helping the teachers and students!
I graduated from Alfred University in 1979 and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. I was employed as a bank auditor when I first graduated from college. After 2 1/2 years working as an auditor, I took a job as the Office Manager for a small engineering firm in 1982. One of my many responsibilities was to implement a PC into the office environment. PCs were a new phenomenon. I was responsible for the installation of the hardware, software and training of office staff. I am constantly amazed at how far computers have come in 30 years! When my children were young, I ran a small business out of my home. With the help of my personal computer, I offered services such as tax prep, bookkeeping, accounting work and payroll to small businesses. Soon after I graduated from college, I married my husband, Russ. Russ has lived in Bloomfield his whole life with the exception of the four years he spent at Louisiana Tech University from which he graduated in 1976. We've been married since 1981! We have two grown children, Roger and Rachel. Roger graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2006 and is working for Channels 8 and 31 in Rochester as an editor/photographer. Shortly after he graduated from college, he married his college sweetheart, Sarah. We are very blessed to have Sarah for a daughter-in-law! Rachel is a graduate of Cornell University. She is currently working as an intern for the YWCA in Rochester. She is researching and developing a program on social justice. Rachel's hobby is gourmet cooking. Our family will soon be expanding! Roger and Sarah are expecting a baby in December. I can hardly wait to be a grandma!!!
I've been working at Bloomfield Elementary School since September 1996 and I'm very happy to be here!
